These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CalHow mobile app ("CalHow", "the app"), operated by myzoapp ("we", "our"). By creating an account or using CalHow, you agree to these Terms.
CalHow uses AI photo analysis to help estimate the nutritional content of meals, and lets you track calories, macros, weight, and progress toward personal nutrition goals.
CalHow provides estimates for informational and general wellness purposes only. Nutrition and calorie figures generated from photo analysis are estimates and may be inaccurate. CalHow is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary, or health advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your diet, weight, or health, especially if you have a medical condition, allergy, or eating disorder.
You agree not to: use CalHow for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the app or backend service; upload content you do not have the right to upload; or attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements.
CalHow Pro is an optional subscription processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed through your app store account settings. Subscription entitlement is verified through RevenueCat. Refunds are subject to the applicable app store's refund policy.
You retain ownership of the meal photos and information you submit. By using CalHow, you grant us a limited license to process that content (including sending photos to our AI and image-storage providers) solely to provide the app's features to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may stop using CalHow and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
CalHow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that nutrition estimates will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalHow and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on nutrition estimates it provides.
CalHow is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CalHow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
